Hi, my name is Roger Wingert. I am a
lifelong resident of Rogers, Arkansas and grew up in a real
estate family. My wife of 17 years, Kathi, works with me at
Crye-Leike. We have 2
children and enjoy living in Northwest Arkansas, one of the
